There are seasons in life when what we need most is simply to be heard and held. This group offers that space, a circle where you can choose the kind of support you need in the moment.
Maybe you want to speak and be witnessed. Maybe you want reflection and feedback. Or maybe you just want to sit in stillness and know you are not alone. All of these are welcome here.
This container is grounded in understanding and non-judgment. You don’t have to arrive with answers or polished words. You only have to come as you are, messy, quiet, tender, strong. However you arrive is enough.
This is your invitation to step into a space of gentleness, belonging, and shared humanity.

Welcome to Radical Regulation, a transformative 8-week holistic health and wellness series designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore balance to your nervous system. This unique program combines traditional clinical therapy with body-based somatic yoga practices to offer deep healing for the whole person. At Radical Regulation, we go beyond simply treating symptoms to address the root causes of imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. Our approach is personalized, trauma-responsive, and grounded in the understanding that true wellness emerges when we can safely regulate our nervous systems and cultivate inner resilience. Whether you're dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, past trauma, or seeking to deepen your self-awareness, this small-group program will empower you with the tools you need for lasting change. Through a combination of somatic yoga therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, you'll receive expert support to meet your unique needs in a compassionate and safe environment.
